Therefore, in order to offer Ticos a product that reflects the “Pura Vida” of its people, their joy, energy and love for music, dance and for their country, kölbi Musica features the best national and international music.
We worked with Kölbi for over a year designing the best product for its customers. We went out to the streets and asked the Ticos what they wanted from a music app; and together we built kölbi Música, a Premium service that not only offers music and videos to its users, but also experiences with their favorite artists!
We understood that Kölbi customers wanted the best app in the market and that meant a great challenge for Kuack Media, forcing us to innovate by creating a permanent experience program that surprises everyone every month! We invited national bands to participate in kölbi música and the result was fantastic! We did it!
In Kölbi they were not satisfied with just offering an own music app to their customers, now they have decided that several of their business plans must include at no additional cost this value-added service and are investing in satisfying their customers with unlimited music and fantastic experiences.
